Punctually and accurately trouble-shoot, repair and test Intelliphone products. Perform as a product repair specialist. Be responsible for accuracy of all paperwork that moves or travels with a repaired product.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to read a schematic and have at least two years of experience working with electronics (preferably telephony). Must be able to work with hands for up to four hours at a time, work in a noisy environment and adapt to constant change. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with supervisor. Must possess appropriate visual acuity for work.

Requires a strong knowledge of base hardware test platforms, plus experience with C/C++ and other high-level language skills. Automated software support experience needed.

Requires a detail-oriented approach, with good communication skills. Must have complete knowledge of IP, LANs, WANs, wireless equipment and all networking protocols. Three to five years of management experience.
