The following Intelliphone Certified Converged Technology Partner (ICCTP) policies have been  set in place by Intelliphone to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is met. The relationship between Intelliphone and the ICCTPs is that of an independent contractor. These company policies will be enforced. Should any ICCTP wish to ignore these policies, payment will be jeopardized and Intelliphone will not do business with the ICCTP in the future. No ICCTP will ever give their business telephone number, home telephone number, cell phone number or pager number to an Intelliphone customer. All ICCTPs and their employees will act on behalf of Intelliphone. The customer will contact Intelliphone and we will then contact the ICCTP. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. ICCTPs are expected to act and speak professionally to the customer. Since the ICCTP represents Intelliphone, anything they say or do is a reflection of Intelliphone. If the ICCTP runs into a problem or an area they are not familiar with, Intelliphone will be notified immediately. Our customers expect that Intelliphone dispatches technicians that are familiar with all aspects of the job. ICCTP technicians and installers will not notify customers that " this is the first time I/we ever installed this". Nor will the ICCTP technician or installer read the manuals to learn the system in front of the customer. Any "homework" that needs to be done, will be done prior to arrival on the job. If the ICCTP is not adept on all aspects of our work order, scope of work and technical outline, the ICCTP will notify Intelliphone at the time the job request is sent. If the customer requests additional work to be performed, the customer must contact Intelliphone to have the proper forms faxed and signed. Your technicians must call when they arrive to a customer site and before they leave a customer site. Our office number is 800-346-5542 and our fax number is 978-688-3980. ICCTP are performing installation, support and service work for Intelliphone, you will not use any sub-contractors without our prior consent. Work orders issued to the ICCTP from Intelliphone must be completed by the technician or installer and signed by the customer at the time work is completed. Technician or installer must state every task that was performed onsite, all materials used, and all labor hours reported. The completed work order must be faxed to Intelliphone within 48 hours of completion and the hard copy mailed to our office within 7 business days from completion. Your invoice must be mailed to our office within 15 business days to insure prompt payment. If your technician has questions on how to complete the work order, the technician or installer must call Intelliphone for clarification. Intelliphone authorizes only ONE technician or installer per service call or work order unless prior approval is granted. To receive prior approval, Intelliphone must be notified in advance of work being performed and an Intelliphone representative will give a written Change Order as a sign off for a second technician or installer. Intelliphone will never authorize more than two technicians for a service call, and will only authorize more than two installers when more than 50 cables need to be installed as part of the scope of work.
