Intelliphone System Implementation
- Intelliphone will provide your company with complete
technical instructions needed to make every installation successful.
- Intelliphone will contact you at least a week before we
need an installation done in your area.
- Intelliphone provide to your company a labor budget for
the specified installation. Upon your approval of the labor budget,
Intelliphone will issue a Purchase Order for the statement of work.
- Intelliphone is to be notified by your company of
additional work that may be required beyond the scope of work. We will issue
an appropriate Change Order and adjust the Purchase Order accordingly. no
installation work is to commence without appropriate Purchase or Change
Order.
- Intelliphone will schedule your installation when one
of our project managers and technical representatives is available, in case
your technicians have any questions during their installation.
- Intelliphone will supply system components and
accessories necessary to complete the installation. Your company may be
asked to supply incidental materials for the installation, which will be
invoiced to Intelliphone at pre-set rates.
- Your company will completely install the hardware and
software for the specified system in accordance with our technical and
project specifications.
- Your company will leave each installation site with the
specified system in working order, in accordance with the Intelliphone
installation checklist.
